Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jugnu. Please read them. By using jugnu, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

jugnu (jugnu.world) is a product of V2 Build Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at A-102, Great Eastern Gardens, LBS Marg, Kanjurmarg West, Mumbai 400078, Maharashtra, and corporate identity number U62090MH2026PTC4717229. In these terms, “jugnu”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean V2 Build Private Limited. “You” means the person or business using jugnu.

2. What jugnu does

You describe a brand challenge. jugnu runs a pipeline of AI agents that draws on real best practices from unrelated industries and turns them into marketing idea cards for your brand.

The ideas jugnu gives you are creative starting points, made by AI. They are not marketing advice, legal advice, or a promise of any commercial result. You decide what to do with them, and you are responsible for that decision.

3. Using jugnu

When you use jugnu, you agree to:

• •Be at least 18 years old, and use jugnu for lawful purposes only.
• •Give accurate information in your brief.
• •Only upload documents you have the right to share, and nothing confidential to someone else, unlawful, or infringing.
• •Not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or resell access to jugnu, or try to overload or disrupt it.
• •Not use jugnu to build a competing product or to train another AI model.

4. Your brief and documents

You keep ownership of everything you submit, your brief and any documents you upload. You give us a limited permission to process them only to run your pipeline and deliver your ideas. We delete your brief and documents within 7 days, or sooner if you ask. How we handle them is set out in our Privacy Policy and Trust page.

5. The ideas jugnu generates

The ideas jugnu creates for your brief are yours to use for your brand. Because they are generated by AI, we cannot and do not guarantee that they are original, unique, or free of similarity to ideas that already exist, and we do not guarantee they are fit for any particular purpose. Before you use any idea commercially, you are responsible for your own checks, including trademark, copyright, advertising, and any category or market regulations that apply to you.

6. The Kosh

jugnu’s inspiration library, the Kosh, is built from publicly reported brand stories and from cases that contributors knowingly submit. The brands and campaigns referenced in it belong to their respective owners. We reference them for inspiration and commentary, and we do not claim any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

7. Pricing and payment

The first idea in every run is currently free. We may change or withdraw that at any time. To unlock the remaining ideas in a run, you pay the price shown to you at checkout, in Indian Rupees. Prices may change, and the price that applies is the one shown at the time you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability

jugnu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It relies on AI models and other third-party services, so it can have downtime, delays, or errors, and an idea can occasionally be wrong or off. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any business decision you make based on jugnu’s ideas. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to jugnu is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover us for any claim that arises from your misuse of jugnu, or from content you upload that you did not have the right to share.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who misuses jugnu or breaches these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use jugnu after a change means you accept the updated terms.
