Trust

Your brief is yours. Here's exactly how we treat it.

You bring jugnu your real challenge, sometimes your real documents. That takes trust. So here is our promise, in plain words.

1

Everything you upload is deleted in 7 days.

Your documents, the text we read from them, and your typed brief are held for 7 days. Only so your run completes smoothly and we can fix anything that goes wrong. On day 7, they are deleted. Gone from our storage, gone from our database.

2

Don't want to wait 7 days? Delete it yourself.

Your results screen has a Delete my brief now button. One tap, and your challenge, your documents, and everything you typed are gone from our servers the same minute. The ideas jugnu made for you stay, on your screen and in your inbox.

3

jugnu is never trained on your data.

Your briefs, documents, and ideas never train any AI model. Not ours, not anyone's. The AI models jugnu uses do not train on what passes through them either.

4

Your run is a sealed room.

No other user's brief touches your output. No competitor learns from your challenge. And your brief never enters the Kosh, our inspiration library, which is built only from public brand stories and what contributors knowingly submit.

5

What we do keep, and why.

A simple record of each run: your contact details, brand name, category, your geography, which inspirations and lenses jugnu used, and your ratings. We also keep the ideas jugnu generated for you; they are already in your inbox. Your ratings and comments go to Anubhav, our feedback agent, whose only job is your experience: if something disappointed you, he flags it so we make your next run better. Your brief teaches jugnu nothing. Your ideas teach it nothing.

6

Payments are handled by Razorpay.

We never see or store your card details. Razorpay does, and they are RBI-regulated.

A note from the founder

I spent 28 years on the client side, at Colgate, Britannia, Mahindra, Castrol and J&J, handing confidential plans to agencies and trusting them to protect what I shared. I built jugnu to the standard I demanded of them. If you ever have a doubt, write to me. A human answers.
